Who I Am

I recently graduated from CHIC's Le Cordon Bleu Baking
and Patisserie program as a Pastry Chef and I specialize
in creating cakes that are purely for the customer. I've
been baking since I was a child and I've always gotten a
sense of accomplishment from it. I currently run my
business out of my home and hope to one day have my
own shop.

My Business Philosophy

I love what I do. I do what I love. I've always been creative and have
used my gift for good and evil. Good in that I continue to excel at cake
decorating and evil in that my desserts are so yummy you want more. I
enjoy meeting new people and feeling like I made your celebration extra
special.

A lot of movies are about life, mine are like a slice of
cake.
