
Who I Am I recently graduated from CHIC's Le Cordon Bleu Baking and Patisserie program as a Pastry Chef and I specialize in creating cakes that are purely for the customer. I've been baking since I was a child and I've always gotten a sense of accomplishment from it. I currently run my business out of my home and hope to one day have my own shop.
